Peter Bouer, founded Bon Appetit Caterers 35 years ago. It has since, been one of the most reputable catering company’s in South Florida. Peter started Bon Appetit by doing house parties and with much success grew into being the exclusive caterers for many Temples in the South Florida area. Peter’s expertise in the catering and food service industries has manifested his career into consulting for large corporations, hospitals and other caterers. Mr. Bouer specializes in troubleshooting culinary challenges and innovative food service operations. Bon Appetit is proud of its reputation throughout South Florida.
Renee Bouer, Peter’s daughter, literally grew up in the family business. She started her catering career as a server for Bon Appétit and worked every position in the business learning, first hand, the working details of each job. Renee had at least fourteen years catering experience before she, with the support of her father, started a sister company Haute Cuisine Caterers in 1999. Haute Cuisines vision is to appeal to the more elegant palate by paying close attention to every detail from the table settings, plate presentation and the quality of staff. The success of Haute Cuisine has earned us a reputation for the “BEST” caterers in town.
B’Tay Avon was founded on the request of many kosher clients. This division of Bouer Catering Group is Glatt Kosher and supervised by the Orthodox Rabbinical Board. Our Glatt Kosher division takes traditional Jewish cuisine and puts a unique twist on it to create palate pleasing dishes. We take great pride in providing superior cuisine that meets the Glatt Kosher regulations.
Currently, Bouer Catering Group is the exclusive caterer for five different temples in the Broward area. We also specialize in corporate events, house parties and large catered affairs, charity events and emergency relief.
